Right of withdrawal

Information for Consumers

Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, subject to the applicable statutory requirements and exceptions.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded in the case of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform:

Nick Jersman
Gartenstraße 7
24103 Kiel
Germany
Email: silverweissclo@gmail.com

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Digital Content and Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

Our products are generally digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.

Where you purchase digital content and request or expressly agree that we begin supplying the digital content before the fourteen-day withdrawal period expires, your statutory right of withdrawal may expire when supply begins if all requirements under applicable law are satisfied.

In particular, this requires your express consent to performance beginning before expiry of the withdrawal period, your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins, and the required contractual confirmation being provided to you.

Where these statutory requirements have not been fulfilled, your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may complete and send the following information:

To:

Nick Jersman

REFUND POLICY

Digital Products

Our products are digital products delivered electronically.

Because digital content can normally be accessed, downloaded or copied immediately after delivery, purchases are generally not eligible for a voluntary refund merely because a Customer changes their mind after valid commencement of supply and valid expiry of the statutory right of withdrawal.

This policy does not exclude or restrict any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Consumers may have a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right may expire before the end of the fourteen-day period if the statutory requirements for early expiry have been fulfilled.

Please see our Right of Withdrawal information above.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • an incorrect digital product;
  • a corrupted or inaccessible file;
  • a product that materially fails to conform to the contractual requirements; or
  • another product affected by statutory defect rights,

please contact:

silverweissclo@gmail.com

Please include your order information and a description of the issue.

We may first attempt to remedy a technical problem or provide a conforming version where permitted by applicable law.

Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Duplicate Purchases

If the same Customer accidentally purchases the same digital product more than once, please contact us.

We may issue a refund for an accidental duplicate purchase after verification.

This is without prejudice to statutory rights.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe that a payment method has been used without authorization, please contact your payment provider and us as soon as possible.

Abuse

We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent refund requests, chargeback abuse or unauthorized redistribution of digital products.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
